At the beginning of 2023, we worked alongside major UK housebuilder, Miller Homes North East, to create a warm and contemporary show home in Ryton, Gateshead.
We completed a full re-design, creating an initial mood board, sourcing furniture and fabrics and finally fitting out the family show home.
BRINGING THE OUTSIDE IN
The variety of colours and textures used for this contemporary show home design helped to achieve an organic and natural feel that was cohesive throughout the property.
We incorporated warm tones in every room, blending soft dusty pinks, oranges, and purples together whilst balancing these pops of colour with neutral tones of cream and beige.
To match the chosen colour palette, we selected more natural fabrics and textures such as mid-century modern wooden furniture and vibrant wallpapers. These furnishings and wall coverings create a contemporary and comfortable environment that brings elements of the natural world indoors, encapsulating a sense of calm.
The end result was a captivating, desirable show home to entice potential buyers in the Ryton area.
