A SOPHISTICATED NEW LOOK
We started by researching the local area to draw inspiration for room designs and decided to create two themed bedrooms, one with a subtle sports theme and another taking strong inspiration from the textile industry.
Blending practicality with local design inspiration, across the two bedrooms we created a chalkboard-style feature wall, a clean and minimal desk space, and incorporated themed accessories whilst aligning each design with the entire show home interior.
Throughout the entire space, our team of designers implemented a cool-toned colour palette that included a range of greys, creams, and whites, with splashes of silver incorporated through light fixtures, side tables, and ornaments.
For the ground floor, we designed a free-flowing kitchen diner interior using slightly warmer cream and light grey tones and a gorgeous chandelier that created a warm atmosphere throughout the space.
In the living room, and throughout the home, we added depth by using wallpapers in different floral and lined patterns and metallic accessories to help enhance the cool-toned palette.
The end result for this showhome was a sophisticated and contemporary space that accommodated family life but appealed to buyers in the market for a luxury home.
