For this project, we were tasked by Miller Homes Teesside to create a welcoming family show home to inspire potential buyers.

Miller Homes is one of the UK’s leading private housebuilders with an established reputation for building high-quality, energy-efficient homes.

Our home designs were used as part of a unique scheme to appeal to every member of every family, so we designed a variety of rooms with different demographics in mind so that both families with children, and couples were considered.

WARM AND INVITING SPACES

For this family show home, our team started by researching the area in order to understand the local demographic and create a design targeted towards the people in the location looking to purchase a home.

We then moved on to sourcing mid-century modern furniture along with a variety of fabrics and wallpapers to fit the scheme, using velvet fabrics to soften each room and metallic light fittings and accessories to radiate a warm and inviting glow.

To appeal to families, we designed a fairytale woodland-themed children’s room within this property, with a full wall mural, ivy leaf garlands, and smaller woodland creature decor pieces.

The end result was a stunning timeless showhome design scheme with modern luxury touches, that was targeted to both families and couples.
