LUXURY MEETS VERSATILITY
Our talented team approached the brief by studying the needs and tastes of the local clientele who had shown interest in the new development.
To infuse the space with a sense of luxury and modernity, we elected to include bursts of vibrant, complementary colour and opulent gold accents. These elements catered to client tastes and incorporated contemporary design flourishes.
We also curated a selection of striking wallpapers for feature walls, such as the wonderfully whimsical sea life on display in one of the bathrooms and the captivating texture of the living room’s back wall.
Understanding the evolving needs of modern living, we repurposed one of the bedrooms into a versatile study/office/snug area. This innovative design showcased the property’s potential as a functional workspace while offering a cosy retreat.
Additionally, two spacious bedrooms, each complete with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, highlighted the home’s flexibility and luxury.
The result was a show home that delivered to clients on all fronts, from their need for a workspace to their desire for a visual style that is both practical and lavish in equal measure. The show home was met with glowing praise from all of our clients.
